Continuing its efforts to provide
trained and educated manpower to the Indian real estate sector, NIREM is
starting its next batch of certificate course in real estate management from 22nd
July, 2013. The course focuses on providing a structured knowledge about
various aspects of real estate business.
While the emphasis is on property
documentation and transaction process, the course also includes modules on
property laws & acts, real estate marketing, brokerage & transaction.
In order to provide
complete knowledge to the course participants, the course also covers housing
finance, property valuation, taxation in real estate, transactions related to
NRIs/PIOs, regulatory issues, planning, zoning & development, Vaastu
Shastra in Real Estate etc. among others.
Important issues in real
estate such as acquisition and transfer of title, agreement to sale, sale deed,
title search, encumbrance certificate, revenue records etc. as well as laws
such as transfer of property act, stamp duty, law of contract, consumer
protection acts etc. among many others shall be covered in the course.
On successful completion
of the course, participants will have good knowledge of the functioning of
property market and will be able to perform all steps involved in property
